Google News Goes To Court

It appears Google is defying Belgium's court tell to post a up to date court ruling that said the Internet search motor to conclude publishing tranquillity from Belgian newspapers without allowance or payment of fees.
It will be very interesting to see how this ruling and Google's actions ordain favour the Internet and span border copyrights.
It appears Google had a change of heart -
Google Inc. on Saturday published on its Belgian website a court order which forbids the Internet search engine to reproduce snippets of Belgian compel on its news amalgamation service.
The move constituted a u-mercy as Google had said on Friday that it would not comply with the court order undeterred by fa‡ade a satisfactory of 500,000 euros ($640,900) everyday if it did not let something be known the ruling.
