China intends to require its millions of Internet bloggers to emerge from the shadows and index under their official names in a move that is raising covertness concerns, the formal horde has reported.
Under the procedure, bloggers would be allowed to carry on with using their online pseudonyms, but be compelled register with authorities under their real names, the Xinhua rumour agency said.
